Terms of Service

The ground rules for using XPod.

This document governs the relationship between you and PT Axiona Teknologi Sinergi (“XPod”, “we”) when you use the xpod.dev website, the console, and XPod products. We have tried to be specific: how your balance is charged, when a service is suspended, and when data is deleted.

Last updated:

1.Scope and acceptance

XPod is a platform for running apps, containers, databases, sites, and scheduled jobs, priced in Indonesian Rupiah. The service is operated by PT Axiona Teknologi Sinergi.

These terms apply to the xpod.dev website, the customer console (app.xpod.dev), and the seven XPod products: App, Run, Base, Sites, Jobs, Queue, and Functions. By signing up, logging in, topping up your balance, or using a service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use XPod on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.

2.Account and security

You can sign up with an email and password, or log in with “Login with Axiona” (OpenID Connect through your Axiona account). Email sign-up is complete once you verify your email through the link we send.

The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for your password, for access to your account, and for everything done through it. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] right away.

3.What we provide

  • App: ready-to-run applications from the template catalog, whose versions we maintain.
  • Run: your own containers, run by us.
  • Base: managed PostgreSQL databases.
  • Sites: static sites.
  • Jobs: scheduled tasks.
  • Queue: message queues.
  • Functions: functions run per call.

Plans, prices, and availability of each product are shown on the pricing pages and in the console at checkout; what applies is what is shown when you order. The catalog and features can change, and an app marked “coming soon” cannot be ordered yet.

Third-party applications in the catalog (for example n8n) remain subject to their authors’ licences. We run and maintain them; we do not own them.

4.Balance, payments, and top-ups

XPod uses a prepaid balance in Rupiah. Service charges are deducted from this balance; we do not charge cards automatically.

You top up through AxiPay, Axiona’s payment gateway. The methods available (for example virtual account transfer, QRIS, e-wallet, or convenience store) are shown on the payment page and may change. You pay on the AxiPay page; XPod does not store your card number or payment credentials. A payment session has a time limit and expires if unpaid.

Paid services need a minimum balance of Rp10,000 to start. Free plans (for example the free Sites plan) need no balance.

Bonus or promotional balance, where offered, can have an expiry and lapses after it.

If a payment succeeds but the service you ordered cannot be delivered, the amount is credited to your balance. If AxiPay refunds a top-up, your balance is reduced by that amount; if it has already been spent, the difference becomes arrears on your account.

These terms do not establish a right to a cash refund of balance you have topped up. If you have a payment problem or a top-up that did not arrive, contact [email protected] with your proof of payment.

5.How services are billed

Each product has its own billing rule; the rates are on each product’s pricing page.

  • App and Base: subscriptions billed in advance, monthly (some plans also yearly). Each period renews automatically from your balance on the due date while auto-renew is on.
  • Run and paid Sites plans: there is a monthly price, but what is charged is the minutes the service is active, deducted from your running balance with no payment in advance, and never more than the monthly price. A stopped container or site stops being charged.
  • Jobs, Queue, and Functions: by usage (per second, per message, or per call), deducted from your balance.
  • Outbound traffic or usage above a plan’s allowance is billed separately and deducted from your balance.

Stopping is not unsubscribing. A subscription service (App and Base) that you stop temporarily is still billed each period until you delete it or turn off renewal.

6.Low balance, grace period, and data deletion

App and Base subscriptions. If your balance is not enough on the due date, the service enters a 14-day grace period: it keeps running while we retry the renewal and send you notice emails. Once your balance is topped up and the renewal succeeds, the subscription continues with no days skipped.

After the grace period the service is suspended: stopped, but its data stays intact for 30 days. During that time, topping up and renewing runs it again. After 30 days the service and its data are permanently deleted.

If you turn off renewal, the service is suspended at the end of the paid period with no grace period, and data deletion after that follows the same retention period.

If you delete a service from the console, it is stopped immediately and its data is permanently deleted after 7 days. Buying the same product again within that window restores the service.

Usage-billed services (such as Run and Sites). If your effective balance runs out or is in arrears, those services are suspended and resume automatically once your balance is topped up and the arrears are cleared. Usage arrears alone do not trigger deletion of your data.

We send renewal reminders and low-balance or suspension notices to your account email, so keep that address active. The 14- and 30-day figures above are XPod’s billing settings as of this document’s update date.

7.Acceptable use

You are responsible for the applications, code, data, and content you run on XPod, including their licences. Do not use XPod to:

  • break the laws that apply in Indonesia or infringe others’ rights;
  • distribute malware, phishing, or spam;
  • mine cryptocurrency;
  • attack, scan without permission, or disrupt other people’s systems, including taking part in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or sending an unreasonable amount of outbound traffic;
  • run open mail relays, open proxies, or other services that third parties use to hide where an attack comes from;
  • use CPU, memory, disk, or bandwidth beyond the plan you pay for to the point of disrupting the platform or other customers, or try to break isolation between customers or reach another customer’s data.

If we find a violation or receive a credible report, we may stop the affected service and withhold access to the account, temporarily or permanently. For violations that endanger other customers, the platform, or third parties (for example cryptocurrency mining, outbound attacks, or malware), we may do so immediately without prior notice, and then tell you by email at your account address. While a service is suspended for a violation, it cannot be started again from the console; contact us for a review.

Report abuse of an XPod service to [email protected]. Include the address or domain involved, the time of the incident with its time zone, and evidence such as logs or screenshots. We read every report and act on it under the rules above.

8.Your data and content

The applications, databases, files, and content you store on XPod remain yours. You give us a limited permission to process, store, and run them solely so the service works.

You are responsible for backups of your important data, unless the product you bought explicitly lists a backup feature on its product page, and then only to the extent written there.

How we treat personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9.Availability and limits of liability

We work to keep the service running, but this document does not promise uninterrupted availability and contains no service level agreement (SLA). Maintenance, problems at our infrastructure providers, or events beyond our control can stop the service temporarily.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, revenue, or data, arising from using or being unable to use the service.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10.Ending and suspending an account

You can stop at any time: turn off renewal, delete a service from the console, or request account deletion at [email protected]. These terms do not establish a refund for the remainder of an already-paid period.

We may suspend or close an account or service for a breach of these terms, a security risk, arrears as described above, or a legal obligation. For suspension caused by balance, we send an email to your account address. We may keep the records needed to investigate a violation and to answer lawful requests from law enforcement, and may hand over data that the laws of Indonesia require us to provide.

When an account is closed, service data is deleted under the rules above, while transaction records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its update date. If you keep using XPod after a new version takes effect, you are deemed to accept it.

12.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Questions, complaints, or requests about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
